Staff is professional and welcoming. Out waiter was knowledgeable about the dishes and made great recommendations. Service was excellent and food didn’t take too long. We ordered the beat salad and Guacamole to start. Our main dishes were the Ole and the octopus. I enjoyed the octopus very much, it was tender and had great taste . The mole had great flavors and the chicken was juicy. Drinks were excellent. I enjoyed the churros more than the corn cake. Each dessert came with ice cream, pistachio and orchard. I truly enjoyed both. Overall it was a great experience and will be going back.

I’m visiting New York on vacation and came here after seeing several TikTok videos about this restaurant. It definitely lived up to the hype! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Franco took great care of us throughout our visit—he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The hostess Lorena was also incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere, the food, and the customer service were all exceptional. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience at Casa Carmen! The atmosphere is lovely and the basket wall decor is super cute. Service was excellent. Our server was very friendly and gave great recommendations.
The pork and ribeye tacos were delicious! The branzino tacos were a bit dry and not as flavorful as we expected. We also tried the mole negro with tortillas. My friends enjoyed it but it was not my personal favorite.
Overall a great meal and I would recommend it.

Stopped into Casa Carmen in Flatiron for dinner last weekend and had a nice meal. The restaurant has a great look to it, the service was excellent, and while the menu isn’t huge, there are enough interesting options to choose from. I started with the chips and guac, which were solid, before I went with the fish Veracruz-style for my main. It was fresh, flavorful, and nicely prepared. Overall, a good option if you’re in the neighborhood and in the mood for Mexican food. Not a destination restaurant, but one I’d happily return to if I found myself nearby.

Went for Sunday brunch and was amazed of the food quality and waiter service. Had their green Aguachile. Flavor was perfect and right portion👍🏽👍🏽. Also ordered red and green Chilaquiles with eggs and steak. Perfect combination. Best in the city.👍🏽👍🏽 The green enchiladas were made to perfection👍🏽👍🏽. One thing I do recomend is the hostess needs to be polite and work on greeting customer with a "Welcome" as they come into the door. But will definitely come back again for their Aguachile and try the dinner menu. A bit pricey but worth every penny
