Dr. Kristin is lovely - compassionate, highly knowledgeable, competent. She takes the time to really understand your symptoms and personalize her approach. And she's just a kind and wonderful person.
She has been helping me reduce the symptoms of my chronic migraine. Over the months we've raised the trigger threshold so that I can do a greater number of daily activities without feeling symptomatic.
Her office feels like a safe space to talk about my symptoms, which I don't share the full details of with anyone in my life. When so much is constantly changing symptom wise, and you can only see your medical doctors for a few minutes every few months, working with Dr. Kristin can be healing. When I have felt lost it feels like someone is with me here on the journey.

Kristin offers an effective practice in a clean, peaceful, and soothing space. She has a gentle touch and I always feel better leaving than when I entered. Kristin's very experienced, knowledgeable, and I trust her. She's very nimble with the acupuncture needles and I don't feel anxious during her sessions despite my aversion to needles generally. I highly recommend her services!
